A Fundraising Initiative to Support the Continued Mission of Love Kitchen

“The Twins”, as Helen Ashe and Ellen Turner have been affectionately known, spent 30 years building an organization that now serves over 3000 hot meals each week to the homeless and homebound. In addition to delivering and serving meals, families and individuals in need are also provided essential pantry and personal hygiene items. The Love Kitchen is 100% funded by private donations and raising funds to support our ministry is just as critical to our mission as our volunteers who deliver meals to the homebound and cook in the kitchen every week. With this in mind, and in tandem with our exciting 30th Anniversary Dinner Gala

The Love Kitchen Proudly Announces

The Legacy of Love Program

“In order to continue the same level of service to the community established by the sisters, not only does the Love Kitchen need a strong base of volunteers, it also requires an equally strong and committed base of donors.” — Patrick Riggins, Executive Director

Now, you can be the foundation of our mission. For a pledge of at least $50 a month for 12 months, you can become a Charter Legacy Member. One of the immediate benefits of becoming a Charter Member are two tickets to the Love Kitchen’s 30th Anniversary Dinner Gala and Silent Auction on Friday, August 19, 2016, 6:00 PM at The Foundry on the World’s Fair Site. More importantly, the long term benefits are the continuation of the dream of Helen and Ellen to create a place where everybody is welcome, everybody is loved, and where “Everybody is God’s Somebody.”

Yes! I would love to become a Legacy of Love Charter Member!
