Thank you so much to everyone wanting to come and work. Unfortunately due to all of the publicity surrounding Helen and Ellen and the Love Kitchen, we are completely booked with volunteers for the coming months. If you would still like to send in your information, we will get back with you when the schedule clears out. Be advised though, it will probably be into the summer before we can start accepting new volunteers. We wish we could accommodate everyone who wants to come work with us but unfortunately the kitchen gets crowded very quickly. By working through the list of volunteers, we hope to eventually give everyone who wants to come work a chance to do so. Please be patient with us as the number of applications we are receiving is running into the hundreds.

If you would like to do something important and lasting, please join us at The Love Kitchen. Guided by dedicated volunteers, The Love Kitchen offers concerned citizens the opportunity to reduce human suffering in a land so bountiful that none should go hungry.
To volunteer, please fill out the form below and press "Send Information". If you would rather fax or mail the form, then just click on the Download Volunteer Form link, print it out on your printer, and send it to us via mail or fax (see the "Contact Us" page for information).
Please Note: Due to some Health Department advisories, we are only accepting applications for volunteers who are able to come at least once a month on a regular basis. This will allow us to train volunteers more effectively and assist us in maintaining a high standard of service to our recipients and the community.
Note: The Love Kitchen does schedule special group projects for other days of the week (including weekends). If your group would like to come on a day when we are not serving, please feel free to contact us and schedule something. We will work with you to put together whatever type of special project your group would like to undertake.
